We expect to see over 150 attendees for this year’s conference as we continually strive to create the top-tier fire mechanic training event in the western United States and Canada. This conference draws attendees from the West Coast, British Columbia, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. The proceeds from the vendor show & sponsorship opportunities directly fund our education program. We are very grateful for your partnership as we train and educate conference attendees to understand, use, and operate fire apparatus as manufacturers have intended them to perform in service to our communities.

Based on your feedback, the 2026 vendor show has been configured to create the best vendor/customer experience possible. The show will begin at 4:30 and run to 7:30 pm on September 15, 2026, in the Wenatchee Convention Center. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar featuring free beer will be served and continue through the duration of the show. We have configured the vendor space with carefully placed bars and food to encourage attendees to move around the vendor floor.

The vendor show will include a raffle. Attendees will be provided with raffle tickets that they will be able to collect from the vendors. Drawings will be held throughout the show to give away door prizes. We encourage all vendors to plan on providing a raffle prize so that you can be part of the fun. Some ideas of items that attendees were excited about in the past: Amazon & Home Depot Gift Cards, Coolers, Tools, Flashlights, and such.

SCHEDULE

10 am - Apparatus Line Up
11 am - Apparatus Move In All apparatus must be lined up & ready to move in by 11 am, or they may have to park outside. The first 6 registered apparatuses will be loaded into the expo hall. Any apparatus beyond those 6 will be strategically located outside for display.
2 pm Vendor Booths setup
4:30 pm Vendor Show Opens
7:30 pm Vendor Show Closes, and Vendors pack up.
