Ambulance Rates in Washington State

A guest speaker from Systems Design West will walk us through the different BLS vs. ALS base rates and mileage seen across Washington fire-based EMS agencies. Then, they’ll connect that to reimbursement reality – including common payer mix and how Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans actually pay compared to agency rates. The speaker will also touch on practical considerations when setting or revisiting rates, given how far reimbursement often falls below charges.

Attendance is free for all WFC members. Non member fee $50
