The Washington Fire Chiefs Expo provides an exceptional opportunity to engage directly with fire service professionals from across the state who utilize, recommend, and purchase your products and services. Wenatchee will be in full bloom this May, and our compelling speaker lineup has already generated significant interest among our members. We strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot and maximize this chance to network with Washington’s fire leadership. Please be aware that exhibit space is limited, though we are pleased to offer unique indoor accommodations for those who act quickly.

We have optimized the time and opportunities you have to network and speak with attendees. Vendors are encouraged to start the day networking with a sit-down lunch at noon. We will start the Expo at 3pm, having a swift transition from classroom to Expo to avoid attendees wandering off. The Expo floor will close at 6pm, giving vendors the opportunity to socialize more informally with attendees, and further develop those connections made in the Expo Hall.

Please note that apparatus vendors must be set up on Monday, May 18th. If you do not arrive in time to move in on Monday evening, you will be given the option to display outside.

Our facility for 2026 gives us the unique opportunity to offer the booths throughout the full grand floor. We will have strategically placed food stations and bars to encourage attendees to wander around the facility and visit all the vendors. Space is limited, so plan to register early!

All vendors are invited to bring a donation to be given as a door prize during the Expo. We will send out more details as we get closer to the event, detailing the networking game that we plan to organize, which will be the method that we give out tickets to attendees. We want them to come chat with you to be entered!

Booths are 8’x10’. Space includes 8’ table, electricity, and 2 chairs.
